By accessing or using Talkturo services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users and paying customers.

Talkturo provides AI-powered voice agent technology for business communication, including automated calls, lead qualification, appointment scheduling and customer service automation. Our services include API access, dashboard management and integrations with third-party systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it current.

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, not to violate spam laws or telemarketing regulations, not to make fraudulent or misleading calls, not to circumvent or interfere with security measures, and not to use our services for harassment or threats.

Paid services are billed according to the selected pricing plan. All fees are in Euro and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are due at the time of purchase or at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

All Talkturo content, features and technology are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any part of our services without explicit written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination your usage rights end immediately and we may delete your data according to our privacy policy.

Talkturo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
