Scale Talkturo through creator partnerships, viral loops and UGC campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven track record in viral marketing or the creator economy
- Existing network of creators and agencies in DACH and/or the US
- Experience designing and running influencer campaigns (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Understanding of viral mechanics, referral loops and UGC strategies
- Fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
- Build and scale influencer and creator partnerships
- Design viral loops, referral mechanics and UGC campaigns
- Negotiate deals, brief creators and manage deliverables
- Measure ROI per partner with clear reporting structures
- Identify new channels and drive experimental growth
Bonus points
- Own reach or creator experience
- Experience with affiliate and ambassador programs
- Experience with AI or SaaS products
